Hi Friend! My Name Is Andrea Cutuk and...

My mission and passion are to help people who are vegan (or want to eat a more plant-based diet) achieve their fat loss and physique goals effectively and healthily, just like I did.

In 2018, I switched to a vegan diet because of my love for animals. I expected to experience all the benefits of eating plant-based, including weight loss. But to my surprise, I ended up gaining 10 lbs and losing muscle within just nine months! I no longer fit in my clothes, was embarrassed to take pictures, and felt uncomfortable in my skin (can you relate?!). I freaked out and thought about giving up and returning to a meat-based diet. But instead, I dug deep into researching and learning about what went wrong and how I could fix it. I was determined to find a well-balanced vegan diet to help me lose body fat by incorporating foods I love and still make gains in the gym. And guess what? I did!

At 42 years old, I can say I have my dream physique. So now, I'm here to teach you exactly how I did it and help you reach your goals, too. Let's do this!
